Greenfield Place We toured this facility a couple years ago looking for a rehab place for my grandfather. Lots of nursing assistants on the halls and the patients seemed to be well tended to., however we only saw one actual nurse on the floor and she seemed to be very overwhelmed. Lots of staff members including actual physical therapists, therapy aides and speech therapists. The admissions lady was very friendly and knowledgeable, she herself was a nurse and said she sometimes worked on the floor as an RN. We met the administrator who had both of her parents in the facility. She was sitting in the cafeteria with them, feeding them lunch.
